This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff to support teaching and learning while gaining invaluable classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring students remain on task in a calm and focused learning environment.Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor: Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, delivering set work.Maintain classroom behaviour in line with the school s policy.Ensure students complete the assigned work to the best of their ability.Provide support and encouragement to students throughout the lesson.Report back to teaching staff on student behaviour and lesson outcomes.
