You don''t need a teaching degree to start; you need "presence," resilience, and a genuine desire to help young people succeed.The Role: Managing the RoomYou won''t be expected to plan lessons or mark homework. Your mission is to:Lead the Classroom: Stepping in for absent teachers to deliver pre-set work to groups of students (11-16).Maintain Order: Use your life experience and calm authority to keep students on task and follow the school''s behaviour policy.Mentor Students: Be a positive role model for pupils with diverse needs, including SEMH and SEND.What We OfferWork-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, roughly 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
