Staff are expected to bring a steady presence to the classroom, supporting behaviour while helping students stay engaged with work already set.About the Role:This role is about control, clarity and continuity. You will be stepping into lessons that are already planned, ensuring students stay focused and the classroom doesn t lose momentum when the teacher is away.
