Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor in Northamptonshire area to support learning when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across various subjects.
Keep students engaged, on-task, and following school rules.
Use provided lesson plans and resources to support learning.
Record student behaviour and attendance.
Assist teaching staff with administrative tasks.

About You:

Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable across subjects and year groups.
Responsible, proactive, and reliable.
Experience with children or in schools is preferred but not essential.
