Academics are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Hounslow seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor for a full-time position. The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across a range of subjects when their usual teacher is unavailable. You will follow the work provided, keep students engaged and ensure a calm, purposeful learning environment is maintained.The successful candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, a confident classroom presence and the ability to establish clear expectations with students from the moment they enter the room.
