Academics are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Guildford, who are looking for a confident, reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team.

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Position: Cover Supervisor

Salary: -110150 per day

Start Date: ASAP / January 2027

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain focused
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
• Support students with their learning where appropriate
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Help maintain a calm, safe and productive classroom environment
• Gain valuable experience within a secondary school setting

You don''t necessarily need previous experience as a Cover Supervisor. If you have experience working with young people and have the confidence to manage a classroom, we would love to hear from you.
