About the Role: Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and complete set work.Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold the school''s expectations.Deliver pre-prepared lesson material - no planning or marking required.Provide feedback to teaching staff and support the smooth running of the school day. Requirements: A degree or relevant experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work).Strong communication and classroom management skills.A positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
