Cover Manager

Are you a Cover Supervisor or School Administrator looking for a new challenge at a vibrant and busy School? Perhaps you''re a Graduate or currently working outside of education and looking for a route into a career within education?Tradewind Secondary are working alongside a well run, small secondary school to find them a Cover Manager to join their administration team from September.Responsible for arranging internal cover, managing the daily timetable and covering lessons yourself this is an important role in the smooth, day to day running of the school. We are looking for an organised professional with good communication skills and the ability to work with the whole school team. The school has a degree of scope for the post with working hours but will include availability from 6:30 / 7 am to organise cover and be on site from 7:30am. As part of the role you will also be required to cover lessons yourself for absent teachers and utilised their pre-planned cover work.The school is a well run and inclusive secondary school based near Potters Bar, staff here are happy and well respected by SLT and pupils alike. The role will consist of data entry and require an organised individual able to work within a team.
