Tradewind Secondary are working alongside a well run, small secondary school to find them a Cover Manager to join their administration team from September. Responsible for arranging internal cover, managing the daily timetable and covering lessons yourself this is an important role in the smooth, day to day running of the school. We are looking for an organised professional with good communication skills and the ability to work with the whole school team. The school has a degree of scope for the post with working hours but will include availability from 6:30 / 7 am to organise cover and be on site from 7:30am. As part of the role you will also be required to cover lessons yourself for absent teachers and utilised their pre-planned cover work.
