Cover Manager - Term Time OnlySalary: 25,380.00 - 27,546.00We are looking to appoint an organised, proactive and reliable Cover Manager.The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation and maintaining continuity when staff are absent.Working closely with the management team, the Cover Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and allocating cover for staff absences, ensuring that appropriate arrangements are in place each day.Alongside the administrative and organisational aspects of the role, the Cover Manager will also provide support directly where required. This may include delivering pre-prepared sessions/classes, supporting individuals with their learning and ensuring a positive, well-managed environment is maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily staff cover for planned and unplanned absences.Allocate appropriate cover and communicate arrangements clearly to staff.Maintain accurate records of staff availability, absences and cover requirements.Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute staffing changes.Work closely with the management team and colleagues to ensure operational continuity.Deliver pre-prepared lessons or sessions when required.Support and facilitate learning across a range of subjects/classes.Maintain high standards of behaviour, professionalism and ..... full job details .....
