The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation and maintaining continuity when staff are absent. Working closely with the management team, the Cover Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and allocating cover for staff absences, ensuring that appropriate arrangements are in place each day. Alongside the administrative and organisational aspects of the role, the Cover Manager will also provide support directly where required.
