You will be responsible for coordinating daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absences, ensuring lessons are covered effectively and the school runs smoothly. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, teaching staff and cover supervisors to manage changing staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily staff cover and manage last-minute absences. Allocate cover supervisors and update daily rotas and timetables.
