Classroom Cover and Learning SupportLead classroom sessions across various subjects when permanent staff are unavailable, ensuring students remain on task and engaged.Maintain a calm, productive learning environment by implementing the school''s behaviour policy.Deliver pre-planned lesson materials and provide assistance to students with their work.2. Pastoral Care and Student Well-beingAct as a key point of contact for students requiring emotional or behavioural support throughout the day.Work closely with the Pastoral Lead to monitor attendance, punctuality, and student welfare.Facilitate small-group interventions or 1:1 "check-ins" to help students overcome barriers to learning.Support the reintegration of students back into the classroom following periods of absence or exclusion.What We''re ..... full job details .....
