With a team renowned for its expertise in the Court of Protection, they deliver ethical, high-quality legal services in cases involving health and welfare, mental capacity, and community care.I''m looking for a solicitor with experience in the Mental Capacity Act 2005, including applications under s16 and s21A, and a passion for working on cases that ensure the welfare and dignity of vulnerable clients. The role involves managing a varied caseload of welfare matters, providing support on deprivation of liberty safeguards, and participating in complex, ethically sensitive cases.
