Court of Protection Solicitor Manchester/ Hybrid We are working with a highly regarded and award-winning law firm seeking a Solicitor to join its established Court of Protection and Private Client team in Manchester. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Assisting a Deputy in managing a national caseload of high-value Property and Affairs deputyships and trust matters. Managing your own caseload of smaller Court of Protection matters and building your practice. Meeting clients and families both in and out of the office. Working closely with Clinical Negligence colleagues to support clients with complex needs. Assisting with the continued growth and development of the Court of Protection team. About You The successful candidate will have: 2-5 years'' PQE, ideally within Court of Protection and/or Private Client work. Experience handling Property and Affairs Court of Protection matters. A strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, Code of Practice and Court of Protection Rules. Solid Private Client experience. Knowledge of welfare benefits.
