We are now seeking a dedicated and compassionate experienced Court of Protection Fee Earner (Health and Welfare) to join us at an important stage in our journey. Job Purpose To provide high-quality legal advice, representation, and case management in Court of Protection matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, firm policies, and regulatory standards. The postholder will manage a caseload of matters relating to capacity, welfare, and property/financial affairs, supporting vulnerable clients and their families while contributing to the development of the department.
