Locations: Leighton Buzzard Job Title: Court of Protection Solicitor (2 PQE+) Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or CILEx professional looking for your next career move? This Legal 500 firm is looking to expand its specialist Court of Protection team with the addition of a Solicitor or Legal Executive (2 PQE+). The Role: As a key member of the Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts department, you will: Deliver expert legal services to our clients, ensuring compliance with Court of Protection (COP) and Trusts regulations Manage and supervise fee earners and support staff, ensuring departmental standards are met Record all chargeable and non-chargeable time efficiently, supporting business goals and financial objectives Market our services through networking, article writing and updating website content to ensure legal accuracy Maintain Lexcel compliance, keeping department procedures and client communication up to standard Attend relevant training and conferences to stay up to date with industry developments Ensure firm-wide compliance, including policies on anti-money laundering, IT, health and safety and client care Skills and Experience: Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with at least 2 years PQE Previous experience in Court of Protection law Strong knowledge of Trusts and Personal Injury matters Excellent time management and organisational skills The ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment ..... full job details .....
