Handle a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship applications, Statutory Wills, Gifting, Trustee replacements, and Health and Welfare issuesAdvise on contested Court of Protection matters and deprivation of liberty casesProvide high-quality client care and maintain compliance standardsPlay an active role in team development and business growth initiativesSkills Required

A Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in Court of Protection workExcellent communication, planning, and organisational skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systemsOn Offer
