Handle a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including Property and Financial Affairs, for Health and Welfare Deputies, for replacement Trustees, for Deputies and Attorneys for Gifting and for Statutory Wills.Advise on contested Court of Protection matters and deprivation of liberty casesProvide high-quality client care and maintain compliance standardsPlay an active role in team development and business growth initiativesSkills required
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 3 years’ experience in Court of Protection workExcellent communication, planning, and organisational skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systemsOn offer
