Court of Protection Solicitor, 6+ PQE, Hampshire, £75,000-£95,000 DOE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Legal 500-ranked team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied and complex caseload, develop your expertise and play a key role within a supportive and collaborative environment - JOB REF: THE ROLEJoin an established and highly regarded Court of Protection team, advising individuals, families, and professional clients on high value complex matters, with a particular focus on cases arising from catastrophic and serious brain injury.You will manage your own caseload of Property and Affairs Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and their families and overseeing the day-to-day management of their affairs.Your work will include preparing Court of Protection applications and supporting documentation, assisting with Office of the Public Guardian reports and annual reviews, ensuring matters are managed in line with OPG Deputyship Standards, and liaising with case managers, families, and other professionals. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior colleagues and play a key role in developing and improving team processes.
