An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Legal 500-ranked team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied and complex caseload, develop your specialist expertise and play a key role within a supportive and collaborative environment –  JOB REF: 215305547    THE ROLE  You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of clients’ affairs, acting as a key point of contact for clients, their families and other third parties. Working across both Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters, you will manage your own caseload and ensure that all matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with OPG Deputyship Standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing routine and non-routine applications to the Court of Protection, drafting witness statements and supporting documentation, and assisting with the preparation of expert witness statements and OPG Reports. You will also play an active role in the development of team policies and processes, while mentoring and training junior colleagues and delegating work where appropriate....</description>
