The firm is known for its supportive culture, collaborative environment and commitment to staff development and progression.Hybrid and agile working options are available.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing a varied Court of Protection and Private Client caseloadSupervising and supporting a team handling Court of Protection mattersAdvising and updating clients, families and professional deputiesLiaising with Courts, the Probate Registry, HM Land Registry, HMRC, experts and external agenciesHandling estate administration and Court of Protection documentationMeeting with clients both in person and remotely where requiredSupporting business development activities and maintaining professional relationshipsWorking alongside the marketing team to produce blogs and content relating to Private Client servicesRequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should have:A minimum of 3 years'' experience ..... full job details .....
