Seeking a skilled and compassionate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing Court of Protection team. The Role: You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ensuring all legal processes are handled with precision, empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Draft and submit Deputyship Applications, liaising with the Court of Protection Manage client files from initial enquiry through to resolution Visit clients and liaise with Deputies, Attorneys, care homes and professionals Handle routine correspondence and maintain accurate records Oversee the general management of clients'' personal and financial affairs A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as client visits are an essential part of the role.
