Seeking a skilled and compassionate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing Court of Protection team.The Role:You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ensuring all legal processes are handled with precision, empathy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Draft and submit Deputyship Applications, liaising with the Court of ProtectionManage client files from initial enquiry through to resolutionVisit clients and liaise with Deputies, Attorneys, care homes and professionalsHandle routine correspondence and maintain accurate recordsOversee the general management of clients'' personal and financial affairsA full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as client visits are an essential part of the role.About You:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection workPassionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and safeguarding their interestsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamCommitted to maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and best ..... full job details .....
