JOB REF: 215304957    THE ROLE:  • This impressive Court of Protection team acts for vulnerable individuals across the UK who are unable to manage their own financial affairs due to a lack of mental capacity. • As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will play an integral role in supporting clients and their families while managing a varied caseload.  • Working predominantly on high-value personal injury and clinical negligence cases involving protected parties. • Building strong relationships with clients, family members, case managers, deputies and other professionals, delivering a compassionate and client-focused service.
