UCS College Group ( UCS ) operates an Ofsted graded Outstanding provision for NEET and SEMH learners at Cannington College, within a dedicated and bespoke site known as Crockers. This specialised provision offers tailored and supported pathways for complex and vulnerable learners, enabling them to engage in education in a setting that meets their individual needs. The impact of this provision is both transformational for learners and highly beneficial to reducing risk and increasing positive contributions within the local community. The provision at Crockers uses a highly practical and engaging curriculum to educate and re engage learners who may have experienced multiple exclusions, poor attendance, learning within an alternative provision, in the care of the local authority or who have been out of formal education for a significant period of time. Salary - £39,302 - £45,250 per annum Plus 28.7% Employer pension Contribution.
