Course Leader Department: Childcare and Health Salary: 36,578 to 42,391 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Full time, 37 hours per week Starting Salary - Appointments are normally made at the bottom of the salary scale. A higher starting salary may be considered in exceptional circumstances. Reference: REC2536 Closing Date: Sunday 1st November 2026 The Opportunity Due to the continued growth and development of our provision, we are seeking an ambitious and passionate Course Leader to help drive the next stage of our Childcare curriculum. This role will have a particular focus on leading and developing our Level 2 Childcare provision, alongside delivering high-quality teaching on our Level 3 T Level programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an important area of our curriculum, ensuring learners receive an exceptional educational experience and are supported to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress within the Childcare and Early Years sector. As Course Leader, you will provide effective curriculum leadership for our Level 2 Childcare provision, overseeing its planning, coordination and continued development while maintaining a strong focus on teaching, learning, assessment and learner outcomes. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will teach on our Level 3 T Level provision, delivering engaging and industry-relevant learning that prepares students for their next steps.
