Our client are a UK-based same-day courier company, offering 24/7 urgent delivery services across the North West, Midlands, and nationwide, with a strong focus on communication, reliability, and customer service.Due to our Widnes based clients continued growth they are looking to add a Courier Planner to their multi award winning team.If successful in your application you will be at the heart of our clients Customer Service department at our Widnes office ensuring: - Couriers collect on time. - Couriers deliver on time. - We carry out our customers requests every time, as requested. We are looking for someone who: - Thrives in a fast paced environment. - Loves solving logistical challenges and making things happen. - Has first class negotiating skills. - Has great commercial awareness. - Is from a Sameday Courier or similar Transport and Logistics environmentIn return we offer: - A salary of 30,650 p/a - Your birthday off - A bonus worth an additional 5k - 28 days holiday (Inc bank holidays) - A supportive team environment where you will be working alongside some lovely humans. - A desire to help all our team members grow professionally and personally.
