Courier Operations Team Leader

As Team Leader, you will take ownership of supporting the day-to-day running of the E Solutions function while ensuring customers receive best-in-class carrier solutions and service support.Key responsibilities include:Supporting and deputising for the E Solutions Product Manager when requiredManaging and coordinating team workloads to ensure smooth daily operationsWorking closely with Sales teams to support new business opportunities and customer growthBuilding strong relationships with parcel carrier suppliers to maximise service performanceSupporting the development and testing of new system functions and multi-carrier platform enhancementsManaging invoicing processes and carrier invoice reconciliationsHandling operational escalations including claims, parcel issues, and customer queriesSupporting onboarding projects for new customers, including Beta testing and implementationProducing SOPs, process documentation, and training materialsAssisting with inbound and outbound consignments and courier quotationsWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a Team Leader or supervisory roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate effectivelyExperience within logistics, parcels, courier, or carrier management is highly desirableCommercial awareness with a customer-first approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, ..... full job details .....
