We''re currently recruiting a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy coldstore operation in Grimsby. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering steady hours, shift allowance, and overtime at enhanced rates.Pay and Benefits 14.23 per hour+ 1.05 per hour shift allowance (paid when all shifts in the week are completed)Overtime available - paid at x1.5PPE provided (suitable for a coldstore environment)Working Days and ShiftsMonday to FridayAlternating shifts weekly:06:00-14:0014:00-22:00The RoleWorking within a -20 C coldstore environment, duties will typically include:Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficientlyLoading/unloading goods and moving stock around sitePutting away stock into racking locations.Supporting despatch/goods-in activities as requiredCompleting basic paperwork / scanner work (where applicable)Maintaining housekeeping and following site health and safety rules at all timesWhat We''re Looking ForValid Counterbalance AND Reach FLT licences (essential)PPT licence is an advantage but not essentialColdstore experience preferred (or willingness to work in a freezer environment)Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shiftsFlexibility for overtime when requiredStrong awareness of health and safety and safe FLT operationContract TypeTemporary to Permanent for the right candidate (based on performance, attendance, and business requirements)How to ApplyTo apply, please apply on your preferred job ..... full job details .....
