Counterbalance Forklift Driver

WSR are recruiting for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for our respected client BSH, based in Corby, Northamptonshire. Location: CorbyWorking Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating shift - 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm/5:45am to 1:45pm and 1:45pm to 9:45pm This will include working 1 in 4 Saturdays with a rest day during the week.Role Type: Temporary Pay Rate: £13.70 p/h, plus bonusStart date: Multiple start dates through July 2026.Job Description:We are seeking experienced and reliable Counterbalance Drivers to support our rotating shift operations at BSH Corby. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities: Operate Counterbalance Forklifts to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.Tipping and putting stock awayPerform daily equipment checks to ensure safety and operational standards are met.Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and accurate record-keeping.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Support the team with other warehouse duties as required.
