Job Title: Certified Counterbalance FLT DriverJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, loading, and unloading of goods within a warehouse or industrial environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficientlyLoad and unload goods from vehicles, racking, and storage areasMove products to the correct warehouse locationsPerform daily equipment checks and report any faults or issuesEnsure stock is handled carefully to avoid damageMaintain clean and organised working areasAssist with general warehouse duties when requiredFollow all health and safety policies and proceduresAccurately complete relevant paperwork and/or system updatesKey RequirementsValid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or industrial settingStrong understanding of warehouse health and safety practicesGood level of physical fitnessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood attention to detail and reliabilityFlexibility with shifts where requiredDesirable SkillsExperience with other MHE (e.g. Reach Truck, PPT, LLOP)Basic IT or warehouse system experiencePrevious experience in a fast-paced logistics environmentWorking ..... full job details .....
