Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Counterbalance Forklift Operator Required – Newcastle upon Tyne – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team on a commercial project in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Assisting with deliveries and material storage.
• Supporting site operatives with general logistics duties when required.
• Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the forklift.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or CPCS accepted where appropriate).
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift on construction or commercial sites.
• Valid CSCS card (if required for site access).
• Good awareness of site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
