Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers for Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland in Magor, one of the world''s leading global breweries.

Overtime:
- -23.71/hour after 48 hours per week.
- -31.62/hour for weekend and Bank Holiday overtime (excluding Christmas Day & Boxing Day).

Shift Pattern:
12-hour rotating shifts:
- Week 1: Monday-Thursday, 7am-7pm.
- Week 2: Monday-Wednesday, 7pm-7am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift to load/unload goods, stack kegs, and move stock safely.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP (training provided).
- Ensure internal packaging lines are serviced with raw materials and finished goods are removed.
- Support product quality, safety standards, and cleaning/5S requirements.
- Assist with asset care, sustainability goals, and internal logistics operations.
- Complete accurate documentation for logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (refreshed within last 3 years).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Double handler experience (desirable).
- Strong understanding of health & safety in warehouse environments.
- Comfortable using scanners and computer systems (Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP).
- Reliable, committed, and self-motivated.
