Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver, FLT Operator or Logistics Operative looking for a new opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Hedge End? We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Logistics Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver who enjoys a varied role and wants the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Forklift experience is essential for this position. You must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence or have recently held an in-house FLT license. The Forklift Driver Role As a Forklift Logistics Operator, you will play an important role in keeping materials and inventory moving efficiently around the site. Your responsibilities will include: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently. Receiving, checking and storing incoming inventory and materials. Moving stock and materials to the correct storage locations. Distributing materials and components to different departments across the site. Preparing materials and inventory for production in a timely manner. Loading and unloading deliveries when required. Maintaining accurate stock and material movements. Ensuring materials are available to the relevant departments when needed. Following all site health and safety procedures and forklift operating requirements.
