Counterbalance Forklift Driver

ROLE: Counterbalance Driver LOCATION: Rugby HOURS: Monday to Friday, 2pm 10pm PAY: £14.17 per hour (rising to £14.97 after 12 weeks) Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our e-commerce client based in Rugby, who is looking to expand their warehouse team with reliable and experienced Counterbalance Drivers. BENEFITS Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate Pay increase after 12 weeks Free on-site parking Supportive team environment THE ROLE Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift truck to move goods within the warehouse Load and unload lorries, ensuring accuracy and care with all stock Support general warehouse duties when required Follow all site safety protocols and procedures Work efficiently to meet daily operational targets THE REQUIREMENTS A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent) Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team A flexible and reliable approach to work Apply today to join a growing business where your contribution is valued.
