Counterbalance FLT Driver Production Operative Forklift Driver Warehouse Operative Dunkeswell, near Honiton (EX14) £15.47 per hour + £23.20 overtime 4-Day Week 6am-4pm Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell. This is a varied, hands-on role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the operation. What We Offer £15.47 per hour. £23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours. 4-day working week, with one fixed weekday off each week. Every weekend off. Build pallets and move stock safely around the site. Wash IBCs. Complete paperwork and checks accurately. Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit. Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping. Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent. Recent Counterbalance FLT experience. Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.
