Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire Salary: £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (Overtime Available) Benefits: Bonus Scheme 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Pension SchemeAbout the Role A well-established independent brick manufacturer in Sandy is growing and looking for a Counterbalance Driver to join their busy production team. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.Key Duties: Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Setting up and maintaining production machinery Preparing and adjusting jigs Cutting, bonding, and finishing bricks to create bespoke products Carrying out quality control checks Packaging and labelling items ready for dispatch Completing daily safety checks and maintaining a clean working area What We re Looking For: A reliable and hardworking team player Someone proactive with strong attention to detail Health and Safety aware Willing to learn and take pride in delivering high-quality work Desirable Skills (Not Essential): Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manual role Basic Maths, English, and computer skills Forklift licence (training will be provided if not held) What s On Offer: £13.50 per hour with overtime opportunities Full training across all aspects of the role Forklift training and certification (Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Pedestrian Stackers) All PPE provided A supportive, forward-thinking working environment If you are ..... full job details .....
