If so, we want to hear from you.Impact Recruitment are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Corby who are looking to recruit a Counterbalance Driver to join their despatch team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a physically active role combining warehouse duties, stock movement, despatch preparation, and forklift driving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet and working as part of a busy team.Location: Corby Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Pay: 13.50 per hour, increasing to 13.75 per hour after a successful 3-month probation, with a further increase upon becoming permanent Contract: Temp to PermDuties:Load and unload deliveries using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Prepare customer orders for despatch, ensuring accuracy at all times Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets ready for collection Move stock throughout the warehouse using pallet trucks and forklift trucks Process despatch paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed correctly Liaise with delivery drivers and transport companies throughout the day Carry out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving boxes and preparing pallets for shipment Support the wider warehouse and despatch team as requiredThe ideal candidate must:Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift ..... full job details .....
