Including, delivery of a training programme, setting and disseminating technical policy, strategies and supporting our heads of fraud services lines to grow and deliver an enhanced complex fraud offering, widen our technical capability across multiple fraud disciples and strengthen our position in the market. Key Responsibilities The Technical Director is responsible for: Delivery and improvement of technical competence and outcomes. Working with the heads of service lines to deliver and implement new strategies ensuring that supporting technical documents are fit for purpose. Setting and disseminating technical guidance and policy. Ensuring there is an effective training programme. Managing and driving the complex fraud identification process to enhance the complex fraud offering. Mentoring, developing and supporting Lead Lawyers and Technical Supervisors where required in order to ensure there is a strong technical culture across Counter-Fraud.
