Key Responsibilities of the Counter Balance Forklift Driver

• Operate a counter-balance forklift to load, unload, and move various materials and goods safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintain the forklift in good working condition
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with general site operations and support the wider team as required
• Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Requirements for the Counter Balance Forklift Driver Role

• Previous experience as a 2.5 Tonne Counter Balance Forklift Driver, ideally in a similar fast-paced environment
• Forklift operator''s license or certification
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• There are no public transport links to the site in Towcester NN12 8EQ so you will need your own transport.
