Join The Forward Trust as a full-time (35 hours) Counsellor based in North Northamptonshire, and be part of an exciting new Day Rehab service. This is your chance to help shape a growing programme, support lasting change, and work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team. The Role You ll play a central role in delivering a structured Day Rehab programme, supporting individuals recovering from substance misuse. Expect a dynamic mix of 1:1 counselling, group facilitation, and case management, no two days are the same. What You ll Be Doing Deliver 1:1 counselling and manage a caseload of clients Plan and run group therapy sessions and psycho-educational workshops Carry out assessments and risk assessments for programme applicants Co-create personalised treatment plans with clients Facilitate community meetings and family conferences Conduct drug and alcohol screenings Maintain accurate case notes and client records Support clients with aftercare planning and ongoing recovery Work closely with partner agencies and stakeholders Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns What We re Looking For A qualified or experienced counsellor with a passion for recovery work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience (or confidence) in delivering group work and workshops Ability to ..... full job details .....
