We are looking for fully qualified Counsellors and Psychotherapists to join our Employee Assistant Programme (EAP) Clinical Team a part- time basis,basedin-office at our HQ in Glasgow About the role Our EAP Counsellors work to help employees resolve personal and work-related issues that may be affecting their health and wellbeing. Our EAP services include short-term confidential counselling, manager support, critical incident and trauma support, legal and financial advice, and referrals to specialist psychological services such as CBT and EMDR. As a fully qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist, your working day will include but not be limited to: Carrying out initial clinical assessments and triaging client needs, directing individuals to appropriate clinical pathways.
