The role will commence in September and continue until a permanent appointment has been made. The RoleAs an HE Counselling Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching to Higher Education learners, supporting them to develop the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required within the counselling profession.Key responsibilities include:Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.Creating high-quality learning resources to support learner success.Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.Supporting students through tutorials and academic guidance.Maintaining accurate learner records and monitoring progress.Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding learner experience.Promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity and health and safety at all times.
