This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to settlement, handling costs arising from Motor, Casualty, Legacy, Marine, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence claims. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for your own caseload, progressing each file from receipt of papers from Keoghs Motor, Casualty, Legacy, Marine, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence teams to resolution of costs.
