In this permanent role, you''ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your expertise in costs negotiation will be instrumental in driving the success of our established costs department.- Competitive salary range of £30,000 to £40,000, depending on your experience- Opportunity to work with a team of 40+ professionals in a supportive and inclusive culture- Excellent career development prospects, including the potential to pursue training contracts or support through the ACL qualificationPreferred Requirements:Proficient in costs negotiation, with a strong understanding of fixed costs claims and the costs processKnowledgeable in CPR Cost related procedures, Pre-Action Protocols, and case law for fixed costs disputesAbility to handle a caseload, manage WIP, and meet fee targetsSkilled in drafting letters, Costs Schedules, Part 23 Applications, Part 8 Proceedings, and written submissionsExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with fee earners and managementPreferred Qualifications:2 to 5 years of experience in case handling and working to targetDesirable: Advocacy skills at costs hearings on fixed costs mattersStrong commercial awareness and a professional ..... full job details .....
