We are seeking a number of personable, enthusiastic, and energetic Cost Managers/Quantity Surveyors to join our UK Infrastructure team, supporting growth in the water / utilities sector and contributing to our projects and programmes.You will be a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor within our UK Infrastructure business working on a variety of client and Turner and Townsend projects.Job Objectives
Contributing to Turner and Townsend’s 2025 visionEstablishing friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other project stakeholdersAdministering contracts in line with project objectives and policiesProviding accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budgetProactively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applicationsCollaborating with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control and value engineeringManaging contract change to keep projects within governance and best practiceDriving improvements in forecast and budget accuracyProviding sound commercial support to all stakeholdersNegotiating and agreeing final accountsLeading people and commissions as neededQualifications
