      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;52000/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Cost Manager    Salary: £45,000 - £52,000    Location: Warrington       About the Role:   We're working with one of our biggest consultancy clients on roles in the North West, looking for Cost Managers who would be able to travel to Warrington 3 days a week. Nuclear experience is preferred but not essential.      Key Responsibilities for the Cost Manager:   	 Prepare and deliver initial appraisals and feasibility reports. 	 Draft and prepare contract documents. 	 Manage client relationships and present project schemes effectively. 	 Oversee project programming and address any issues affecting service delivery. 	 Prepare comprehensive tendering documentation.
