Cost Manager

A well-established independent cost consultancy in London is looking to appoint an experienced Cost Manager in its Commercial team.

The team has an impressive client base in the commercial sector, working on projects including new builds, cut and carves, and high-quality fit-outs. Their client base is repeat-business driven and values commercially astute advice, proactive cost management, and hands-on project leadership.

In this role, you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement strategy through to contract administration and final account.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage risk, guide commercial decision-making, and mentor junior team members.

They’re looking for someone who has strong pre- and post-contract cost management experience within the commercial sector, is MRICS qualified, and looking to join a collaborative team. 

On offer is a salary up to £60,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
