Monitor project costs and maintain robust financial plans, ensuring budgets remain controlled and expenditure stays within agreed tolerances. Work closely with risk management teams to ensure project risks are accurately costed, appropriate contingency allowances are applied, and cost-related issues are resolved promptly. Provide commercial guidance on Early Warnings and Compensation Events (CEs) throughout the project lifecycle, helping to mitigate financial risk and support informed decision-making.
